        Extruded lead products are in high demand. VulcanGMS maintains an extensive stock of extrusion tooling and has a variety of extrusion presses that provide unparalleled flexibility to run jobs of any size. 

        Collin Press ExtrusionVulcanGMS manufactures a full range of extrudable lead products including lead wire, lead strip, lead rod, lead bar, lead piping, lead weights, lead tubing and custom shapes. Metals available are copperized lead, chemical lead and lead alloys containing antimony and/or tin. High purity lead and tin (99.999% pure) extrusions are also available. 

        Besides its extensive inventory of existing tooling, new tooling for special applications can be acquired in most cases within two to four weeks. Vulcan has four extrusion presses ranging in size from a small tabletop model to one of the most powerful presses in the USA (750 ton). VulcanGMS has the technology to run small jobs on the most cost-efficient machines to ensure that your investment is maximized. 

        Vulcan can perform a full line of secondary operations on the extruded material including stamping, cuts to length, adhesive backing and continuous imprinting.
