SPINNING
Spinning forms flat lead sheet into shaped liners for radiation shielding and corrosion protection.  

      

MACHINING
We machine plate lead, cast lead and sheet lead into tight tolerance components for any application. We also do finish machining on related aluminum and steel components.  

      

      

STAMPING
Stamping is used to make gaskets for chemical applications, and small shaped components for counterweight and various other applications. Tolerances are +/_ .002”.

      

DIE CUTTING
Die cutting makes shaped sheet lead components for radiation shielding or other applications. Tolerances are +/- .030”.

      

ROUTER
Our CNC Router makes shaped sheet lead components for various applications. Tolerances are +/- .010”.
